Photos, rough dimensions and destination. “One teak dining set, two daybeds, six boxes” is enough.
Door to door · sea or air

The last mile to your home is in the price
One team collects from your villa, shop or gallery, export-packs, files every document, ships by sea or air, clears customs and delivers into your home.
Quick answer
Door to door covers pickup, packing, documents, freight, destination clearance and home delivery in one confirmed price, quoted within 24 business hours. Duty and GST/VAT are estimated upfront and paid at cost.
Named upfront
Each appears as a named line in your quote, not a discovery at destination.
What you actually get
Port-to-port quotes typically exclude duties, port taxes, clearance and last-mile delivery — the usual surprise fees.

Most Bali LCL cargo is trucked to Tanjung Perak, Surabaya, then transshipped — so packing at your villa matters.
Wood and stone endorsements and phytosanitary certificates, only when your inventory needs them.
Import duty
You do — the consignee pays import duty, GST/VAT and customs charges in almost every country. We estimate the figure in writing before you book and pass the invoice through at cost.
The 2025 HS code updates are mandatory; outdated codes trigger reassessment and delay.
Wood, rattan and used household goods are screened; fumigation papers are arranged before loading.
De minimis scrutiny tightens through 2027 — declare and insure at real values.

It includes destination clearance — filing, broker and processing. Duty and GST/VAT are assessed by your customs and paid by you at cost. Your quote states the estimate in writing before you commit.
Yes. Multi-location pickup is standard — a gallery in Ubud, a workshop in Denpasar and your villa in Canggu can be collected in one run and shipped under one Bill of Lading.
Plan on 6–10 weeks by sea. The ocean leg runs 28–45 days by port pair (FreightAmigo, 2025), Bali–Seattle about 28–38; pickup, clearance and inland delivery add the rest. Air runs roughly 1–2 weeks.
No. The destination agent clears under a power of attorney you sign at booking. You supply a passport or ID copy and, for some countries, a used-household-goods declaration. You appear once: on delivery day.
Usually, if goods are fragile or the paperwork unfamiliar. Below about 100 kg, express air at USD 5–12 per kg often beats sea LCL once minimums apply. Your quote compares both.
